With a decade of global market experience at prestigious houses like Graff, David Morris, Fabergé, and premium branded jewellery, my expertise is as multifaceted as the gems I adore. My journey from the elite echelons of fine jewellery and watches to launching my own venture is driven by a passion for luxury craftsmanship, strategic vision, and a deep appreciation for diversity and cultural heritage. Always future-focused, I have a keen eye on emerging markets and mega trends, ensuring my insights are as cutting-edge as they are captivating with continuous learning. After graduating in 2014 with a degree in fashion buying and merchandising which specialised in a project on Brazil’s emerging luxury market. British Indian-born Monique is a futuristic visionary, spending the past 10 years developing a wealth of expertise in buying, product merchandising, wholesale, branding and business development for five top British luxury atelier houses in Mayfair, London and premium high street brands. Over these ten years, I have honed my skills in commercial strategy and innovative product solutions, driven by a vision for the future of the luxury fine jewellery and watch industry. My passion lies in bridging commercial and cultural gaps, sustainability, championing women’s diversity as a minority in the industry, and embracing digital transformation to create a positive, efficient and inclusive landscape for both industry insiders and clients.
